What we teach
Reading the data properly. Customer segmentation, ROI tracking, and knowing which numbers in Google Analytics are worth looking at.
Predictive behaviour, workflow automation and content at scale. What it's genuinely good at, and where it'll quietly embarrass you.
Getting found without paying for it, and paying for it properly when you do. Organic search alongside Google and Microsoft Ads.
Paid and organic across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Strategy first, because posting more has never fixed anything on its own.
Brand storytelling, writing that actually converts, and getting one piece of work to earn its keep across several channels.
None of the above quite right? We build bespoke programmes from the gap analysis. Most teams end up with a mix.
Tell us what you need →Training delivered by actual marketers
Get Versed came out of Rebellion Marketing, an agency our founder Jade Arnell built from a standing start to £1.7M turnover and sold in January 2025. She's launched four more businesses since, which tells you either that she's good at this or that she can't sit still. Probably both!
Everyone who teaches for us is still working in marketing. They're running campaigns this week, not remembering what campaigns were like ten years ago. That matters more than it sounds, because this industry moves faster than any syllabus can keep up with.
Nobody here is a professional trainer, we're professional marketers with lots of experience in teaching and training.
How it works
Forty five minutes. We ask about the team, the goals, and what you've already tried. No deck, no proposal.
Short interviews with everyone, a practical assessment, and a proper look at the work that's gone out of the door.
What's missing, what it's costing you, and the order we'd tackle it in. Written down, in English.
A live session every month, self paced modules in between, mentoring for anyone who needs it.
Same assessment, same team, three months on. You get a before and after. No guessing.
What you'll gain

A market led approach to strategy, built around growth, differentiation and knowing what you're actually competing on.
SEO and SEM
Getting found without paying for it, and paying for it properly when you do. Organic search alongside Google and Microsoft Ads.
Social media marketing
Paid and organic across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Strategy first, because posting more has never fixed anything on its own.
Content marketing and copywriting
Brand storytelling, writing that converts, and getting one piece of work to earn its keep across several channels.
AI in marketing
Predictive behaviour, workflow automation and content at scale. What it's genuinely good at, and where it'll quietly embarrass you.

Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, data science and AI in marketing, so decisions come from evidence rather than a hunch.
Brand and content management
Brand management, PR, content production, and writing a brief somebody can actually work from.
Marketing technology and automation
The stack itself. Marketing automation, email automation and the plumbing that stops leads falling down the back of it.
Leadership, management and project control
Marketing management, change management, resource management, and running a project that finishes when it said it would.
Loved by students and businesses alike
The first time I've had training that felt relevant to my day to day work. I left every session with something I could use immediately.
We put two of our team through the programme and saw a noticeable shift in their confidence and decision making within weeks.
If you want your team to grow in a way that actually shows up in performance, this is a solid investment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does corporate marketing training cost?
Group training is £1,500 plus VAT for a full day, delivered remotely, for up to 8 people. That covers the session itself, the workbooks and templates, and a conversation beforehand so the day is built around what your team actually need. In person delivery is available and quoted separately, since it carries travel and venue costs.
Is the training delivered remotely or in person?
Remotely as standard. Live online sessions work better for most teams, they cost less, and they suit hybrid and multi site businesses without anyone losing a day to travel. In person delivery is available anywhere in the UK and is quoted separately.
How long does a training session take?
A full day for group training. Longer programmes built over several weeks or months are available through one to one mentoring or a bespoke arrangement, and those are quoted separately.
How much time does it take out of the team's week?
One day. Group training runs as a single session rather than something that eats into every week, so the disruption is contained and everyone knows exactly what they're committing to.
Who is corporate marketing training for?
In house marketing teams and agency teams, from entry level up to management. Most clients are agencies, professional services firms and education providers. It works for teams who've picked most of this up as they went along and want it taught properly.
How do you tailor the training to our business?
We talk to you before we write anything. Your goals, the channels you use, the tools you already have and where the team's confidence runs out. The day is then built around that rather than delivered from a fixed deck, so nobody sits through material they already know.
What topics does the training cover?
Ten core programmes: digital marketing essentials, marketing strategy and planning, SEO and SEM, social media marketing, content marketing and copywriting, AI in marketing, data and analytics, brand and content management, marketing technology and automation, and leadership and project control. Bespoke sessions are built where none of those quite fit.
What is a marketing skills gap analysis?
A skills gap analysis is a structured review of what a marketing team can currently do, measured against what the business needs them to do next. It involves short conversations with the team, a practical assessment, and a look at recent work. The output is a written summary of where the shortfalls are and what to tackle first.
Can your training be mapped to apprenticeship standards?
Yes. We can map our courses to relevant apprenticeship standards, not just the marketing ones, where that's useful to an employer or a training provider. Raise it on the first call so it can be built in from the start.
What if we only need one person trained?
One to one mentoring runs over several weeks or months and is quoted based on what the individual needs. Self paced online courses are also available to buy outright, with no minimum commitment and no sales call.
